ZGUS and PET – the relationship gets stronger

The collaboration between the Engineering teams at ZGUS and PET crossed a new milestone in the recent months with several engineers and managers from ZGUS visiting us to engage in elaborate discussions and knowledge sharing sessions with the Engineers at PET.

First, we had the pleasure of having Edwin Lindquist visit us in November. Edwin, a manager from ZGUS with numerous years of experience in the aerospace industry, was able to engage different groups of Engineers across various platforms in PET in several discussions and share his experience in product development. Our Engineers benefited immensely from the multiple discussions they had with Edwin.

In late November we were also pleased to welcome Peter Driessen,a versatile Engineer with a wealth of experience and knowledge in a variety of Galleys. Peter spent a significant portion of his time interacting with our Engineers emphasizing new approaches to the Design of Galleys.

Peter was instrumental in helping PET Engineers deliver key inputs thatenabled ZGUS to complete a successful Design review with one of its customers. He was also able to raise the quality of the drawings prepared by PET Engineers to new levels through constant knowledge sharing sessions on several aerospace interior standards. He built an excellent rapport with a large group of PET engineers that would be extremely useful in working together with him and other members of his team once he returns to ZGUS USA.

We were also pleased to welcome 2 more engineers from ZGUS – Tyler Pigman and Cameron Crisostomo in the month of December. They were able to integrate seamlessly with the Engineering teams at PET and share their knowledge of Galleys through numerous discussions.

With every visit by our partners at ZGUS, PET is able to build on the relationship that had already been established on a strong foundation.
